It's just been brought to my attention that my PATS issue could be in my instrument cluster and not the PCM. How would I be able to tell which one is causing the problem? Mr. Technician at Ford said they swapped some relays and replaced one and said it worked and then stopped working again, so they came to the conclusion that it was the PCM that was bad. Even though it's a little late that I ask this since I've already ordered the PCM, but hopefully I could return it if its not the PCM.
