When I'm upset about something it's not good for me to initiate the conversation. I get too animated and loud. I try to let it go but it almost always builds up till I get pissed. I avoid conversations with the boss because of this. The entire 20 years at this company it seems my boss doesnt like me personally but his customers rave about my patience and kindness towards my helpers, my professionalism, quality of work, and cleanliness of my jobsites during and after the job. I just think he hates me for something someone else may have told him. What I have no idea. I've tried to make him happy but I've concluded it just wont happen. I'm the only one who gets good customer reviews. I've had 4 customers in the last month who emailed letters to my boss and to their referral agencies. I'm the best he has but I've never felt appreciated. When he let's me know I've received another good review it's almost painful for him to tell me. We dont solicit reviews so these are customers who take the time and effort to share their appreciation on their own accord. I've never had a customer complaint. I just need to make it here another 15-20 years and I'll be good I think I'm the first to get the tracker. The V10 Triton truck broke today. Itll be going to the mechanic so you can bet I'll be checking when it returns. I got the signal blocker today and i checked it with my other phone. It cant discover the phone in the signal blocking bag In bluetooth or wifi. So it works. Time to confuse the snoops.
