While my company truck was getting repaired my boss secretly had a GPS tracker installed. I wouldnt have noticed for a while had if it weren't for its red light blinking when the trucks battery died. I've been an employee here for almost 20 years. A couple years back the bosses step son was moved into the office since hes too big to climb ladders or be on roofs anymore. Since then some employees were put on a timeclock app, othe rest have to use a biometric time clock. All this has been implemented to prevent time theft. It's ironic that the guy who dropped me off at jobsites and picked me up after I did all the work and he claimed the same hours is the same guy making sure no one else can do what he did. Lol.
