A couple new guns have made their way into the house, with another one expected soon.

For (early) mother's day, I helped my mother pick out a handgun and slid the funds her way for it. Smith & Wesson SD9VE, walked out the door for just a touch under $400 at a local shop.

Earlier, I picked up this Heritage Rough Rider in 22LR for $140 out the door. I've only tossed a handful of rounds through it thus far, but so far I like it. I will have to find a type of ammo that will hit where the sights are aimed at, because they are completely non adjustable.

I've also got this box of steel, copper, and lead sitting on my floor in anticipation of a new rifle. An AKM from Atlantic Firearms. I would have had it by now if it were in stock.

Oh, and I put this together just because. Why? Well, why not?
