My latest adventure... The Projector Headlights ! I started by making a few measurements of the housing. Findings: 1) there isn't enough room in the housing to put the Projector in side ! 2) The Bulb Port, measures 1.345 ID ! 3) The reflector portion of the headlights and the parking lights, they are chromed and I am not sure how to get the chrome off so I can paint them black. I need to fins a piece of aluminum round stock that measures 1.5", this will allow me to get it turned down to the 1.345" of the bulb Opening (Port), so I can use my Jig to drill the mounting holes and to open up the housing for the project or to fit from the rear.
