yes it will bolt up the e shift and manual shift t cases are identical aside from the shift linkage Keep the manual t case, maybe open it up and see whats going on inside, can probably use parts from the E shift case to fix it if it needs anything. If you cant get into 1st gear or R easily while stopped with engine running USUALLY this is a weak clutch/slave cylinder issue. If the clutch and slave and everything are new, then it is likely a trapped air bubble in the hydraulics
