I have found Flonaise works great with the Flu too.
Use it in the morning and evening, gargle twice a day for sure.
But the latest head cold could have been a mix of allergy and head cold... a lot of GREEN junk blowing out !
Longest time with a head cold EVER !
Maybe it is a secret virus from an enemy of the US... just checking things out ! LoL !
I feel kinda stupid for this, last year about the same time of year. I had to blow off a cedar shake roof that was covered in pollen. I thought I got a sinus infection from it. This felt like a cold that just wouldnt go full bloom. It would go away but not fully and it would jump back and forth between a sinus infection to a chest cold but it wouldn't go fullbore cold. It lasted 3 months before it went away fully. Looking back I now know it was allergys. I have never suffered from allergys growing up with the exception of a couple times while mowing the lawn but those always went away after i cleaned up and showered.
Getting old sucks
