I just used 1/4" Flat stock, 2"x 2", cut at an angle to reduce the amount of steel added. (Cant find any pictures of the adapter, funny I take pictures of everything else).
My Knob started off with the Hurst Standard Knob but I changed it out for a Larger Aluminum 8-Ball.
I need to get pictures of this stuff.
