It can be done but it isn't quite as easy as some places make it seem.
I have about half a write up done and will add more pics when I do the second seat now that I know what I'm doing LOL.
Here is a confirmed extended cab ranger bucket seat in a single cab:
Jim, when I did the Explorer Sport seat swap I just bolted the Explorer seats right into my Ranger. I removed the broken 60/40 seat & bolted in the Explorer bucket seats & shorty console.
