ABS Sensor, I had my sensor disconnected for four years and didn't even know it, the Speed-O worked ok ! The wiring was too a little to short for the Lift and the movement I needed in the suspension so it unplugged on its own, the Mechanic that did the work on it didn't say anything because it plugged in on the lift but as things stretched the wiring didn't. I started to have a problem with the braking of the truck... rear wheels locking up, back end coming around on a hard stop... SOL was my approach and then Light Dawn on the old Brain... something has to be wrong with the rear ABS. Checked it out and found the connector dangling ! So the Speed-O had to get its single somewhere else... where, not for me to say, and I couldn't even if I wanted to. I checked out the link you posted, then went in deeper, all the digital stuff looks good but it is getting to look alike now and that is what I don't want, beside the Tachometer on the top of the Dash. In my '88 Ranger STX, as I mentioned before, I used an aluminums panel, cut to size, and fitted with five Autometer Gauges, a Speed-O, and four smaller function gauges, I thought it looked good and at Truck Meets there was always someone saying it looks good. This time around I started off wanting to do something simple and when I heard the '95 Cluster would work I found one... NOW... I'm as confused as I can be and as I said I will step back, get a little more info and get back to you. Do you have any circa 2000 range of clusters with speed-o only ? ( I think I asked that a few times already, sorry if it is a pita ) !
