You can make this work, basically some lights moved around and the 03 cluster gets way different signals for the water temp and oil pressure.
The 95 speedo is cable driven?

What I am thinking is use the parts and pieces from your 03 cluster on the back side of the 95 cluster to make the 95 cluster work in your 03 truck

The easy part is moving wires, like I am sure just about everything moved from the door ajar light to the CEL
Post up pics of both clusters and lets diagnose the changes needed.

In my 88 I still have the factory dashpot, the plastic part. The rest of it is 100% custom, I fitted it with 5" autometer gauges and moved all the lights, etc etc...... anything can be done a cluster is a pretty simple thing really.
