Why are they still charging you $50 for a relay that did not fix the problem? I would not be happy with these guys so far they have you at $182 and have not fixed anything. So lets say you pay then the $2200 for a PCM replacement and programming, what if that doesn't fix it? They still want you to pay?
You can get a PCM much cheaper then that. What year engine and trans is this sucker?
