You beat me to it. Lol. I was going to make a thread. Washington state is shutting down the emission program in 2020. The reason for this is because our air quality has improved. The cars being built are cleaner and it's not necessary to check, they will focus on vehicles at the the factory. My question is, if you're swapping in a V8 in a V6 ranger do you still need the ref?
