Yes my stepson justpicked up a 03 FX4 level 2 truck to flip. It has all black interior!! cloth seats. I know there was also a leather seat option.
I think it was only 02-03 years??

I need that interior with black leather heated electric buckets for my extended cab with all electric door and windows, please save it!!! Still on track to be at your shop this summer
