In my opinion it sounds like you a security problem with the key or key reader.

Yeah, I figured I'd have to take it there to get it fixed but I'm reaallllyyyy trying to get it fixed on my own, Ford is going to charge me an arm and a leg, BUT, they know the truck better than anyone else and have every single proper little random tool to fix it. Would the part I found earlier work to fix this, or is it something in the computer that has to be reset? I'm not trying to be stubborn but I'm just trying to find a way to do this myself and come out a tad cheaper because that part is super simple to replace and with 2 day shipping it's only $108 and supposedly comes with 2 keys. Thanks for everyone's help and input, again.
