He's the bass player and main instigator for his band.
2 days before Christmas he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, same thing that Tony (also a friend, both worked here at my day job) passed away from last month.
He texted me yesterday wanting me to come over and get my amp because he is selling all his stuff and giving the money to his wife.
I'll be heading over there in an hour or so.
Been a rough year here at work, we lost 3 to cancer and one to liver cirrhosis. Then we tried to track down a former employee to replace one who passed... he was gone too.
Don't ignore those strange pains guys no matter how young you are, one of these guys was just in to 40.
