2000 EVTM is also wrong on wiper switch resistance values. They changed IIRC in 1999, but for some reason the EVTM shows the resistance values from the pre-99 rangers. I figured this out when I was trying to switch GEM modules from a 1998 and the wiper wouldn't work until it was on high and then it wouldn't shut off. I checked resistance values and everything was way off from what the manual said. So I looked at 99 and 01 and they were different but yet the 2000 matched 1998 numbers. Somebody copied and pasted the wrong year to the next.
