So if I am understanding you correctly the problem has only been since you replaced the clutch, or is that why you pulled the trans to replace the clutch because of a shifting problem?. Did you compare the old clutch assembly to the new clutch assembly?. With both clutch assemblies laying on a flat surface did you check that the height is the same for both clutch assemblies?. Did you compare the old release bearing to the new one or did you not replace it?.
