Not at all a matter of fraud and more an issue of consumer ignorance and/or don't care. After all, McGross isn't concealing nor trying to hide just how sh*tty the product actually is as evidenced by what's in it and that it's processed trash but rather, they're just delivering to people what they are willing to pay for. That's what business need to do in hope of turning a profit, growing earnings, and staying afloat; I'd worry about a business NOT doing this.
