Can this bolt be removed. Then the shackle n spring can be lowered and the other bolt removed? Otherwise how do you get the lower bolt out? It's in backwards. Drill a hole in the frame?
Seeing stuff like this before I need to work on it myself is so helpful. Thank you for sharing.
