By the 3MS rule for millennials, i assume you mean the max time between checking their phones?
I heard a statistic today that the average american under... I forgot but it was less than 40 spends 3 hours a day on the phone.
I have seen it, I hired a younger dude as a machinist and he would be watching movies every spare second. Mounted it on the side of his machine with a magnet. Couldn't pay him enough to do 2 things at a time for the shop.
