JAMMAN wrote:Today I spent a while on the ranger. JAMMAN, Can you lay something out for me, please ? " I replaced the blower motor resistor and harness." I have tried this twice, once I soldered the connectors and wires to the Resistor Pak ! If I remember correctly I got all Blower Speed for a short while and then only the high and low. I had a shop do the job the second time, had a new connector put on the wiring, and a new Resistor Pak, worked for a short while and went away ! Is there something I am not doing, when I change the Resistor Pak, do I need to look at something else ? I think now I need to check out the Vacuum Lines... wait a minute, what vacuum lines ? I'm lost on that one, read a lot but can't see to apply my reading to the actual problem. Any thoughts ? Thanks / Ltr
