If the wheel was straight before and after the crash it is now tilted then you need to check the steering arms, tie rods, rack, suspension for damage - just adjusting it either by resetting the wheel on the column or via the tracking adjustment is not advisable in my opinion.

The very last thing you want is something that is damaged to break in the future.
