I've been having a rear brake problem for a while now and thought back when the lift was installed, not me !

The installer said he didn't connect the ABS Brake Wire... at first I remember saying not a problem, and it wasn't, but since Ive gotten to SoCal not having the rear ABS is causing problems.
I got under the Truck and there was the ABS Connectors, on eon the rear Diff, and the one Harness end, both full of mud.
I cleaned them up, tried to connect the ABS Connectors together and found out why the Lift Installed didn't go any further with it, too short the way it was routed.

I rerouted the wiring and got the connectors cleaned up and connected, took a test drive and it appear to work better but still the right rear is locking up under hard braking... when the ABS should be doing its thing !

I have a question or two if someone is up to it:

1)  Is the wire used in the ABS wiring Special, it appears to be in a plastic sheathing, not the slit type but it looks like it, but it is solid and I can not see the wires to attempt to determine if they are special ?

2) Any thoughts on the rear right locking up ?   I've taken the Drums off, cleaned everything, greased the adjusters after cleaning, and added a little grease at the friction points.  Replaced the springs and hold downs, and any other small parts I could replace.
The usual stuff, but I am afraid that is all I know about ABS and the Brakes.   I have backed up applying the brakes hoping for some adjustment miracle and they will start working agin but so far nothing.
