The thing you're finding is the reason why the coupler is still in my toolbox and not on my truck. I looked at several places and couldn't find anything. If you absolutely insist on using the, admittedly, nicer looking anodized adapter rather than making one like I did, modify the premade adapter. Drill 'er out, then tap it for the 3/8ths sensor. You'll have to add a new grounding screw hole as you'll wind up going through the original one, but that in it of itself is dirt simple.
