Mine whined like crazy when I first got it from the PO and it leaked horribly too. Some of the leaking is still there but no where near where it used to be and after cycling ATF back through the system and getting as much of the old stuff out it only whines when its thirsty.
It def needs to be rebuilt or replaced with 410Customs suggestion of the Redhead
