I asked that same question, on the other site. Got pretty well ignored IIRC. My buddy at the dealer builds trucks,and sells them there. He had a F350 Screw dually that he lifted and went with custom wheels/tires, don't remember what size, but he wound up throwing on some spacers on the duals to get some space between them.
