Drove it home today!! Runs a little rough at idle I did notice it was a 3.0 at about 50MPH when accelerating AC does not come on. Has the 1 speed fan problem (I have lost track of how many of these I have fixed) Gets worse fuel mileage than my 4.0 Squeaks like a tank of mice under the hood. Yes I replaced the cam synch. And the idler pulley bearing. I'll do the tensioner pulley too since I have bearings. Driveable. Well worth what was paid for it especially with the miles. I did confirm there is a transmission problem. It hits hard in to gears. Shift points seem normal, no transmission related DTC's but it hits hard up and down. Like anything more than a 3.0 and it would break the tires loose in 2nd and 3rd. I don't "have" to fix it, I'm plotting a 5.0 swap but I would get more out of a good motor and transmission together. Right now 3.0's are bringing some money. It's a 3.0 flex, Don you got rid of yours a little too soon. I told you I would find you a motor eventually.
