I appreciate the welcome and replies, I have an alldata instruction that I printed out this A.M and it says nothing about tightening the intake and heads together.

Looking at the links given above I dont see any mention of it either? Did I miss it?

I agree that now would be a good time to replace some more parts since they are easy to get at but Ive been down that road all too often and its tough to stop so Im just gonna do what I started out doing and thats replace heads and drive it.
