Isn't it dangerous to have the rear tires touching like that? Especially when they're loaded? I've read/heard it creates a lot of heat in the tire and greatly increases a chance of a blowout?
Seems like the phrase I was taught to tell the DMV inspector for my CDL pre-trip was "No cuts, no rubbing, no debris between the duals."
