 I'd drive that one even if it whined! Good job on the pump, perhaps a part number for the saginaw? Out of the 5 I have driven in the past 2 years only two of them had the whine, the one I drive daily is quiet believe it or not.

I'm thinking there was a shift in parts they used or suppliers of pumps varied.
