I've replaced the parking brake pads (rear discs) a year ago when I bought the truck but the discs and regular pads haven't been changed by me. It usually isn't warped rotors, what it actually is tends to be uneven transfer of pad material to the rotor. They then give the pulsed feel, the vibration and bounce that is associated with warped rotors. But around here finding a place that will turn them is a problem. So I actually replace the fronts on my wifes Subaru just because of this. But I would be thinking rotors.
