I thought about building a turbo 2.3 dropping a 5.0 or a mod motor but all of that has been done. Now I'm going to steer you of the topic. The past few years I ve been helping my dad build a 31 model a. The car is going to be a period correct street rod. And this build has got the gears turning of a unique build for my splash. Some of you may know where I'm going with this. The step side bed is really what led me in this direction. Ok so here is my idea. A modern ranger with a flat head v8. When them little engines are built right you can make some decent power. Offenhauser heads 3 webber's stroked a little for more cubes light weight assembly for higher rpms. Sounds like that would be awesome. That would be sooooo cool to pop the hood & see the flathead under the hood of the Ranger.
