I'm really lost on this one. I haven't waxed a car since I was 20. I remember the paste that you rubbed on, let it dry and rub off. Go ahead with the karate kid references that is exactly how it was.

I have been in stores looking for wax and I don't see anything I even recognize. I bought some liquid black sheen crap back when I bought that black ranger to sell and it did not even approach the finish I remember from the pastes.

Does anyone wax their own car any more and if so what do you use AND does the "wax on wax off" stuff I'm used to still exist?
