as someone else stated, discipline is now misconstrued as abusing or "beating" your child. Far as I am concerned.. It was ME and all my efforts that created them [I promise you that part] and she [the mother] carried them for 9 mos.. therefore I should have all the rights to churn that/those child(ren) into working productive individuals so long as they dont get harmed.
That thing called an ass is only meant to be used for two things. Keeping you from falling into the toilet and getting your attention when your up. My parents did it, BOTH sets. And if I DONT fulfill my responsibilities as a pay-rent.. then the State tends to deal with them in much harsher manners.
Clearly you can look at the what the Government provides when it comes to "services" offered. Foster care, Welfare, child support, and 90% of the other programs designed to tear down the family unit. but that's ok.. its Government
Last I checked 71% of the population has stated they don't trust government.. why do we still let them control so much of our personal lives? Life was much better 25+ years ago or more IMO. Family traditions are trashed.. divorce rate is 1-2, all this technology meant to enable man to be better.. Its made us unconscious to everything but bullshit and dribble and lazy to boot. Everyone looking for a shortcut to everything.., and its not even the shortcut. The fact that the shortcut becomes more important than the lesson tells me there pussies.
