To Undrstm8ed: I understand, it was almost out of necessity/what fit your lifestyle the best at the time. And it's not TMI, I would like to get to know everyone on here, it'll make us more of a connected group. As for racing around on roads, I'm blessed to not have gotten hurt/hurt anyone else, no wrecked vehicles, and no tickets. Great info, sir. To Tsquare: yeah, I wanted to keep it stock at first and do as you said, but I know I won't be happy with it. I contemplated putting on 275s on an 18 or 17" rim for the width and handling, and some Bilstein shocks, but idk....still indecisive. I will FOR SURE get an 8.8 with the limited slip, and I almost will not settle with drums unless I get a smokin deal on the 8.8. To Black06XLT: I was under the same impression, that a 2wd is useless off-road, but after a quick Google and YouTube search, such is not the case. No, not nearly as capable as a 4wd, but not useless. Also, I would love to lower it but some of these roads out here, if I go any faster than 10mph I'll hit a dip and bottom out the front, when the trucks behind me are on my a** because the speed limit is 45 and the can't understand why I'm going so slow. And I do not like the staggered wheel setup, because 1) you won't be able to get a true tire rotation and 2) you miss out on a lot of "buy a set of 4 and get $100" deals, be8ng as it's technically not a "set". All opinions are welcome, I think I've made my decision, but the poll is open until Friday (I think) so we will see. Functionality is key.
