Those of us that have been generational squatters on family land don't want more people out our way. Stay close to the city, please! Our sanity and way of life depend on it.
Sorry I believe in sprawl not the total urban life. Already been exposed to "that" kind of people due to family acreage (114 acres) in Nebraska.. Who don't like outsiders.
The good news is I wont tell you how to live your life, what to do with your land, the less I worry about your side of the fence the more I can focus on my own.. The worse you could expect from me is the occasional wave as you come and go, gettin' ya a cup of sugar, or if someone was to trespass your land or your family, i'd be that neighbor that would back you up following them in.. and I dont call 911 or preheat my barrels with warning shots.
Unfortunately for you, unless theres chance you live in bum- -Nevada, Michigan, or Nebraska, possibly Minnesota you'll have to find your own perfect neighbor.., and being I want at least a 100 acres or more. You may not even see me wave at ya.
