All of the above. You need to take it to a place with a machine that can suck some out and get it to the right level first. Then by the high and low pressures they can probably tell what is wrong. I'm betting the orifice tube but it could be a clogged evaporator (dirty from being used) I have no idea the driving conditions. You don't need dealer level service for this there are plenty of small shops with the right equipment to diagnose AC issues.
