I owned recently a Dodge 1500 that had been smoked in.Tell me about it... My wife is a Fabreeze fanatic, Shes like that guy in that commercial that has two bottles of that stuff sraying the sofa, and if I lay down on it my face breaks out. I think I'm allergic. to it.
Fabreeze makes me choke, it feels like it melts my lungs.
For 2 weeks every day when I parked it at work I used one of those squatty cans of industrial air spray, the kind that mounts in the automatic dispensers in public rest rooms. It had a mild pleasant fruit smell.
I sprayed till it was misty in the cab then closed the door.
At the end of the 2 weeks the odor was gone.
I have used fabreeze on carpet areas but I seem to have some sort of reaction to it.
