Totally agree with ya.  I am too am wondering sometimes why this bothers me so much.  I think it's simply because it was working as normal with the old fuel pump assembly and the new one it reads higher.  So just knowing the light won't kick on is annoying to me...haha

Very true though, if I fill up like I normally do at right about 1/4 of a tank there are zero issues.  

Figured I'd post a pic of what it looks like when filled.  This is a full tank and driven 9 miles.  Looks very similar driving to work today and having a total of 40 miles on the trip.  Gauges are bright so don't mind the glare.
