Replaced the lock motor for the second time on drivers side.

I wasn't at work so I took one of my 10 or so pocket screwdrivers and cut an inch off the plastic to reach the latch.

NOTE You do not have to take the connectors off the controls on the door panel (like in the A1 video :rolleyes). When removed IT FITS THROUGH THE HOLE in the door panel,the very place you removed it from. Then it just hangs there for you to easily push the switch to test.
