Got it back together, yesterday. The second part bolted up fine with a little persuasion. Headlights and all are rock solid. I'll take a photo later tomorrow, if I remember.

I decided to get brand new speed nuts for the turn signals. The originals were very rusty. Wound up going with #8-32 speed nuts (four), and oddly #10 screws. #8s were too loose. Go figure. The other speed nuts were simply swapped over, as they were still in good shape.

Now I need to deal with the fog light problem. One of them is busted and it appears I no longer have any spares, so I'll have to get new ones.

Before I buy them though, I'm wanting an opinion. Should I stick with the reflector type or go with a pair of those projector w/ halo fog lights? I'm hoping someone has some experience with the projector ones before I consider buying them.
