Easy enough to find out though, pop a wheel off and measure.
It could be based of the GVW (what springs/leafs/t-bars are on the truck), what axle (7.5 or 8.8) or just 2 or 4wd, or maybe even by model (XL, STX, XLT, FX4, Sport). There's no telling.
i can measure the 94' 4x4 axle and the 93' 2wd one too but I think Maxxx is onto something with the difference of a drive hub vs a spindled hub.. ill see if I can verify that through the 3rd gen parts.
