Fixed a huge hole in my bed cover. Cross stitched with 20lb fishing line, then went over that with E6000 glue that i spread out to look better than just a glob of glue and hold better (fingers crossed and prayers said) and spray painted black...seems to work. Not done too well, I was kinda wingin it.

What's this E6000 glue that you speak of?  My bed cover has a small hole in either side (where it creases to fold into 3rds). Unfortunately, it's right where it rounds around the aluminum frame. I'll have to completely disassemble it to try to patch it. Some type of pliable, waterproof adhesive would be ideal.

I emailed the company and I can get a whole new vinyl peace for $99 and just replace this one. I was figuring it'd be much more! Maybe I'll try to patch it first and get another year or so out of it.
