Last night she couldn't hardly stand. We stayed with her all night. This morning, we had to put her down. She stopped drinking entirely, couldn't use that front right leg anymore....
It was time. I didn't realize it prior, but her entire mouth was yellow.
I'm satisfied there's nothing that could have been done. Part of me will always believe there could have been, but there wasn't.
Gone, but never forgotten.

Sorry for you loss. Best you can do for them is love them, give them a good life, and when the time comes to not let them suffer needlessly. Sounds like she had a good life.
