My new one (second one) came in today, intact. However.... This one wasn't made to proper spec. Overall width is correct, but the locations for the locater pins and bolt holes are too wide. If you force it, the header panel will bow out forward. The first, broken, header panel was made to spec it appears.
...Should have bought the more expensive part. Later tonight after my mentor comes home and has a look at it, I'll update whether or not we made it work or I sent in a claim for a third header panel.
