is the one in the pic a dohc 4.6 so there for is wider than a 3 valve. I have seen a pic with the coyote motor in a 2010 ranger and they aren't much different in width as the 4.6 3 valve. but I did find that weight wise, the coyote is around the same weight as the 4.0L pushrod V6
