Just for fun I did some looking. In 2011 an xlt xtra cab 4x4 was 25k msrp. With inflation thats 29k.

An xtra cab 4x4 xlt today is 32k

So for 2k you're getting 100 more hp, a reliable trans, and standard features like cruise control...

The price of the new ranger when compared to the Rangers of old isn't really that far off when you compare comparable trucks

Hell when adjusting for inflation my current ranger is 30,500...
