When I pulled the V8 from the 97 mountaineer we removed the console and there was a plate already under the carpet. Removing that plate gave us clear access to the two top BH bolts with an extension, I don't think we even needed a swivel it was that high. Too bad I virtually destroyed the console getting it out, it was like 100 deg. out and my glasses would not stay on my face so everything we could break we did. Had that 6 disk CD changer and a few other goodies in the console.
