When I had the retail store, I had a bad habit of drinknig soda all day long. Like 10-12 cans daily.. Switching to water made a huge difference in how I felt, including like you noted, my attitude.
I typically do not eat McD, but there is something about McRibs that I do tend to get 2 to 3 of them when they are avail. It must be all the drugs they mix into the meat...
AM/PM has a pork sandwich that looks like McRib, but it defiantly is not the same...
